How Does Your IT Services Firm Compare With the 'Leaders' of Thought Leadership?

We have created a very brief, complimentary version of a much more extensive benchmarking study for IT services firms that want to know where they stand against competitors in terms of the effectiveness of their thought leadership. Our self-assessment tool is based on our proprietary IMPACTS methodology. We use it to assess an IT services firm's thought leadership program across the dimensions of Investment, Measures, Processes, Advocacy, Connections to Demand and Supply, Talent, and Structure. Your answers to seven questions will give you an indication of your company’s maturity level with thought leadership. There are four maturity levels in all, with 4 being the highest and 1 being the lowest:

 
• Mastery = Your firm is a Leader across all dimensions of IMPACTS
• Intensive = Your firm is a Fast-Follower across most dimensions of IMPACTS
• Lite = Your firm is Follower across some dimensions of IMPACTS
• Window dressing = Your firm is lagging in all dimensions of IMPACTS

You will get a score for your maturity level on each of the seven questions.
